The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, working on high-profile projects and utilizing their expertise in PLS-CADD software to design and model overhead power line systems. Utilize PLS-CADD software to design and model overhead power line systems. Perform detailed design and analysis of transmission lines, including structure spotting, sagging, tensioning, and hardware detailing. Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, drafters, and other design staff, to ensure design integrity and safety. Conduct field visits to verify design parameters and to provide technical support during construction. Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to meet project objectives. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Continually update technical knowledge and skills on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in the industry. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in transmission line design using PLS-CADD software. Strong understanding of design standards, codes, and safety criteria related to overhead power line systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
