The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of commercial lines clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including commercial auto, workers compensation, business owners, general liability, and commercial property insurance. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Negotiating policy terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients. Processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in insurance products and technology. The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position will possess the following qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, including commercial auto, workers compensation, business owners, general liability, and commercial property insurance. Proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts and delivering exceptional client service. Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
