The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys, providing comprehensive paralegal support in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights matters. Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys in all aspects of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights. Conduct thorough legal research and factual investigations to assist attorneys in case preparation. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and subpoenas. Coordinate and manage document production and discovery requests. Stay abreast of changes in bankruptcy and commercial litigation laws and procedures. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal in either commercial litigation or bankruptcy and creditors' rights. Paralegal certification or equivalent legal qualification is preferred. Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and eDiscovery platforms. Strong understanding of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures.
