As a Mental Health Clinician at The Everett Clinic,?you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.?You will Develop?and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems. Our team offers a variety of Option to develop and psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups.
As part of a multispecialty group, you will have integrated support with more than 40 specialties such as psychiatry, primary care and comprehensive pain center.?
Required Qualifications:
- Fully licensed in WA state (PhD, PsyD, LMHC, LICSW) at the time employment begins.
- Individual Therapy experience in an outpatient?setting.
- Ability to diagnose and treat?patients.
- Training and experience in brief therapy?preferred.
Washington Residents Only : The salary range for Washington residents is $56,300 to $110,400 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
