- Cold Calling prospecting, engaging with financial decision-makers (C-Level).
- Interacting with private equity firms and internal management to analyze, price, and structure transactions.
- Successful candidates must exhibit a strong desire to succeed, competitive drive, and the ability to close transactions and meet individual quarterly sales goals.
- 1+ years of successful track record in Business to Business inside sales.
- College degree, preferred degrees – Business Admin, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance.
- Strong written/oral communications with excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to succeed with a differentiated story for Middle Market and Large Corporate companies.
- Computer, Salesforce, and Microsoft application proficiency.
- Energetic and willing to learn and take direction.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Experience in Equipment Finance is a plus but not required.
- This role requires to work in office.
