Position Details

Responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of a flight assignment related to the conveyance of patients in need of emergency services. The pilot-in-command and is authorized to process a flight assignment received from the Life Flight Communications Center and determines whether to accept or decline a flight assignment based on weather conditions or other factors that may impact the safety of flight.

Works in a patient care environment in and around aircraft and is exposed to possible infectious diseases and chemical toxins. Position may require sitting for long periods of time in a helicopter or in an office environment. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Exposed to non-conventional motion, noise, vibration, jet fumes, and extreme temperatures. Working conditions in or near aircraft and/or an aircraft hangar environment on a daily basis and may be exposed to loud aircraft noise, fumes, gases, odors, dust particles, and mechanical and electrical hazards. Travel may be required. Employee may not exceed 275lbs in weight in flight gear. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures. Position Details

Responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of a flight assignment related to the conveyance of patients in need of emergency services. The pilot-in-command and is authorized to process a flight assignment received from the Life Flight Communications Center and determines whether to accept or decline a flight assignment based on weather conditions or other factors that may impact the safety of flight.

Works in a patient care environment in and around aircraft and is exposed to possible infectious diseases and chemical toxins. Position may require sitting for long periods of time in a helicopter or in an office environment. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Exposed to non-conventional motion, noise, vibration, jet fumes, and extreme temperatures. Working conditions in or near aircraft and/or an aircraft hangar environment on a daily basis and may be exposed to loud aircraft noise, fumes, gases, odors, dust particles, and mechanical and electrical hazards. What you'll bring to the team...

* Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader, serving as onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent execution that will allow us to promote the value of H&R Block
* Execute and hold all tax office associates accountable to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) execution and client service experience, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary
* Serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns
* Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary
* Lead the office from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding experience
* Lead daily activities to ensure that all tax office associates are scheduled, and work is completed according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals
* Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates

Your Expertise

* Prior experience working in customer service or similar role
* Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations
* Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
* Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Positive attitude
* Able to work a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week and flexibility based on business needs

This position is based at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center and will float to other areas in that region as needed. Assignments will be made with consideration of driving distance from home location. 

Responsible for performing a variety of standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, equipment operation, and for maintaining related records. <br><h3> Job Duties </h3><ul><li> Performs standardized radiological radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations utilizing proper patient position, identification and exposure techniques. </li><li> Knowledgeable in operation of all equipment within modality. </li><li> Sets up and adjusts immobilization and radiation protective equipment and devices. </li><li> Reviews and analyzes patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology in performing examinations. </li><li> Assists physician with various procedures. </li><li> Reports equipment malfunctions and the need for adjustments or repairs. </li><li> Maintains related records and notations. </li><li> Assists in Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures as required. </li><li> Participates in the educational training of students. </li><li> Primary schedule consists of   floating between hospitals within a regional location  to fill scheduling gaps due to time off and staffing shortages, which includes nights and weekends. </li></ul><p></p><p> Work is typically performed in a clinical environment.
