PTO + Company Holidays Remote Flexibility We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Senior Costing Associate to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is permanent and full-time, offering a unique chance to contribute to the financial success of our company by providing accurate cost estimates, pricing strategies, and financial analysis. As a Senior Costing Associate, you will play a critical role in our business operations, working closely with our production, engineering, and sales teams to drive profitability and performance. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Conduct detailed analysis of costs related to raw materials, labor, and overhead to determine the price of a product or service. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and provide cost estimates for manufacturing projects. Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components. Prepare and process Request for Quotations (RFQs) from suppliers and subcontractors. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost control procedures. Proficiency in cost estimating and financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and knowledge of costing software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
