We are currently searching for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Executive to join our Multifamily Construction team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to oversee multiple construction projects and lead their successful execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily construction and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This position requires a high level of leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Job Details

As the Permanent Project Executive, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Developing and managing detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Leading and coordinating a team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to achieve project objectives.
4. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed of project progress and any changes.
5. Identifying and mitigating project risks, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations and safety standards.
7. Reviewing and approving project designs and plans, and making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
8. Conducting post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes in future projects.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction, with a strong focus on project management.
2. Proven experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of construction professionals.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues effectively.
7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
