Health Dental We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Permanent Practice Manager to join our team in the finance industry. This role is pivotal to our operations, requiring a unique blend of skills in dermatology, management, and healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our practice runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring a high level of productivity and patient satisfaction. Establish and implement office policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and healthcare providers. Evaluate and improve operations and quality of service, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. Manage staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development. Ensure that the practice meets all health and safety requirements, and that staff are trained in emergency procedures. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement changes in service delivery. Handle patient complaints and concerns, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of dermatology is essential, as is a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
