2. Developing and implementing effective tax strategies to optimize business performance.
3. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
4. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, reports, and other tax documents.
5. Working closely with other departments to provide tax advice and guidance on business decisions.
6. Conducting research on the latest tax laws and regulations to stay updated on tax-related matters.
7. Collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
8. Providing training and guidance to junior tax staff and other team members.

Qualifications: To be considered for the Business Tax Manager position, you must meet the following qualifications: 1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tax Manager, specifically in business taxation.
3. Proficient in "C" and other relevant tax software.
4. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
5. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
