We are seeking a dynamic and innovative ArchiCAD Project Architect/Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, creativity, and quality in residential architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Utilize ArchiCAD software to design, develop, and detail high-quality architectural plans for residential construction projects.
- Oversee and manage the entire life cycle of architectural projects, including conceptualization, design, planning, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert advice, and ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Prepare and present design proposals, 3D models, and detailed drawings to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure that objectives are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with architectural plans and identify any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate these into your work.
- Ensure all architectural designs and plans comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Architect/Manager in the construction industry, specifically in residential architecture.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is a must.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, and standards.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve architectural and construction issues.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Ability to create and present detailed architectural plans, 3D models, and drawings.
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
- A valid architect’s license is preferred.
