- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities in custom packaging.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Generate and submit sales reports to management.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue and manage the sales cycle with the support of our talented back office team.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Work as an independent contractor, setting your own schedules and strategies while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Understand and promote company products, including custom packaging solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field within custom packaging products or packaging machinery.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
- Demonstrable experience as an independent contractor.
- Knowledge and experience in custom packaging solutions.
- Ambitious and results-oriented with a strong aptitude for sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
