- Conduct research and provide tax planning advice to clients
- Review and analyze financial statements and other relevant documents
- Assist with tax audits and examinations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- CPA designation or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in tax accounting
- Strong knowledge of individual, S-Corp, and partnership tax returns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
