Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our web application using Ruby on Rails, React.js, and other modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement robust and scalable solutions to enhance our platform's capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
- Handle complex technical issues related to web app development & provide solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and implement design patterns that help us scale.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, and proactively suggest improvements for our web applications.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- 3+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proficient knowledge of React.js and experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, deployment, and delivery approaches.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Proven ability to deliver on all aspects of software projects in an operational environment.
