A leading insurance provider is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for service to join their team as a Permanent Insurance Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in client services. The ideal candidate will have a background in the finance industry, specifically with property and casualty insurance, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for career advancement. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, your key duties will include: Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in person. Explaining complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients. Assisting clients with policy changes, updates, and cancellations. Collaborating with the insurance team to develop effective strategies for addressing client needs. Processing insurance documentation, maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products to meet client needs. Participating in regular training and professional development opportunities. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the finance or insurance industry. Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and regulations. Proficient in using computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Insurance Customer Service Representative (ICSR) certification is a plus.
