This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial success of our electrical projects by providing accurate and competitive estimates. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical estimation, with expertise in both medium and low voltage systems. Dental insurance Prepare, review, and evaluate cost estimates for medium and low voltage electrical systems. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of all project documents to ensure that they are complete and accurate. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to develop project budgets and schedules. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial or operational impacts. Prepare and present reports detailing estimate breakdowns, project progress, and cost tracking to management. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator. Proven experience with medium and low voltage electrical systems. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices. Proficiency in estimation software and financial modeling tools. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
