- Litigation: 0-2+ years (Preferred)
- Strong Personal Injury and Employment Law knowledge
- Represent clients in cases involving Lemon Law, products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters
- Managing cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessary
- Taking and defending depositions (including those of Plaintiff and experts, witnesses, etc.)
- Prosecuting cases from start to finish
- Conducting and/or defending depositions
- Making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict
