It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, Monday – Friday. Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage request for services The challenge here lies in managing a full range of tasks, many of them routine in nature, without sacrificing quality. You should also be flexible to work evenings and weekends. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. 2+ years of experience with prior authorizations ~2+ years of experience working with Medicare services ~1+ years of experience working with medical terminology ~ Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm EST, Monday – Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends given the business need ~ Must be 18 years of age or older Experience working in a hospital, physician’s office, or medical clinical setting A clerical or administrative support background It’s a chance to help improve life for millions of people and a role that can lead to your life’s best work.
