As a Permanent Tax Senior, you will be responsible for providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients and team members to ensure that their tax needs are met with the highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for partnerships, individuals, and High-Net Worth Individuals
- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, including identifying tax savings opportunities and recommending tax strategies
- Communicate with clients and team members to provide updates on tax matters and address any questions or concerns
- Manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members to promote repeat business and referrals
- Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in tax compliance and advisory services
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of experience in tax compliance and advisory services
- Strong technical skills in tax law and regulations
- Experience with partnerships, individual tax returns, and High-Net Worth Individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software programs
