Job Details

Seeking a passionate and motivated mid-level litigator (4-7 years) to join the firm's thriving mass tort, and general liability/casualty defense practice groups. Make a real impact from day one, managing cases from start to finish and collaborating with diverse teams. Your Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage cases in state and federal courts, from intake to resolution
• Draft compelling pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and research memos
• Clearly communicate case updates and strategies to clients
• Analyze cases, develop winning arguments, and propose effective solutions
• Collaborate with expert witnesses, and team of partners and associates
• Prepare witnesses, attend depositions, hearings, and mediations, and prepare for trial

Job Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Texas bar license in good standing
• 4-7 years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts
• Experience in mass tort, general liability, and casualty defense is preferred
