We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Business Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. With 50% travel, you'll have the opportunity to work in various locations, expanding your network and knowledge base.
As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations within your region. Driving revenue and increasing sales by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
Demonstrating accountability in all business decisions, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and adhere to regulations.
Utilizing your knowledge of construction and building materials to provide expert advice and guidance to your team and clients.
Developing and implementing growth initiatives to expand the business and increase market share.
Managing the P&L for your region, ensuring profitability and financial stability.
Utilizing your financial expertise to oversee pricing, revenue/profitability, forecasting, and contract management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in finance, pricing, revenue/profitability, forecasting, and contract management.
Proven track record in sales management, with the ability to drive revenue and increase sales.
Extensive knowledge of the construction industry and building materials.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
