We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly analytical Audit Manager to join our dynamic finance team. This position will play a critical role in overseeing and conducting financial audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls, and providing leadership and direction to the audit team. Responsibilities

As an Audit Manager, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities that include:

1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of audit activities, including planning, execution, and reporting on financial audits.
2. Ensuring compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and other relevant financial regulations and standards.
3. Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective audit procedures and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Leading, mentoring, and supervising audit team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
6. Identifying potential risk areas and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
7. Preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Staying updated on latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial auditing.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, including leadership responsibilities.
3. Proven experience in financial auditing and a strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving audit objectives.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify potential issues or risks.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
7. High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
8. Proficiency in using accounting and auditing software.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
