This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases, providing legal representation for insurance companies in personal injury and casualty claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the legal industry, with a focus on Personal Injury. Representing our clients in all stages of personal injury and casualty claims, from initial investigation through trial and appeal if necessary. Analyzing complex legal and factual issues, conducting extensive legal research, and synthesizing information into persuasive arguments. Collaborating with our team of attorneys and legal professionals to develop defense strategies, and providing guidance on insurance law and regulations. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with all applicable ethical standards. Keeping abreast of current developments in insurance law, and participating in professional development activities to enhance skills and expertise. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Proven experience handling personal injury and casualty claims.
