We're seeking a Manufacturing Consultant to drive the implementation of best practice processes using Epicor Kinetic software. As a Manufacturing Operations Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our Professional Services team. Your responsibilities will include implementing optimized processes across various domains like CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management. Collaborate with a Project Manager to organize tasks, lead project team members, and ensure quality deliverables. Your proven experience in consulting engagements and implementing tasks will contribute to the success of our projects. Flexible Work Schedules! To be eligible for this position, certain factors must be taken into account: A preferred qualification is a Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, IS, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, business application training, ERP implementation, and/or customer support, specifically in Epicor or similar systems, is required. Proficiency in developing and implementing business processes in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain is essential. Preferred experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with over 50% of time dedicated to customer engagements. To excel in this role, it is crucial to: Embrace an agile approach, breaking down complex ERP implementations into logical, iterative stages. Apply expert knowledge in processes related to CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management using Epicor Kinetic software. Possess practical experience in ERP implementation, particularly in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense.
