- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years' experience with utilities, water, and/or environmental projects, preferably as it relates to residential land development projects
- Experience working with Municipal Public Works / MUD, preferred
- TCEQ experience is a plus
- Provide MUD project oversight - attend board meetings, review construction plans / utility service agreements, contract administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and write engineering reports
- Technical support related to water/wastewater, drainage, environmental, and infrastructure
- Identify potential issues and risks with designs and construction plans
- Conduct site visits as needed
