Job Details

As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Quality Control department. Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems to ensure consistent product quality.
2. Managing a team of quality control inspectors, providing training and guidance as necessary.
3. Conducting regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify potential areas of improvement.
4. Working closely with the manufacturing team to address and resolve quality issues.
5. Liaising with suppliers and customers to address any quality-related concerns or complaints.
6. Ensuring all quality control equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
8. Preparing and presenting regular reports on quality control performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Quality Supervisor, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in the automotive industry.
3. A strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
9. A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing) would be considered an asset.
