We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our organization, including grant billing, AR management, billing, and treasury. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following:
Overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's financial operations.
Leading the development and implementation of financial management strategies and initiatives.
Overseeing the grant billing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections.
Managing the AR process, including monitoring and tracking AR balances, and developing strategies to minimize delinquencies.
Overseeing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
Managing the organization's treasury function, including cash management and investment strategies.
Providing financial advice and guidance to the organization's leadership team.
Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Preparing and presenting financial reports to the organization's leadership team and Board of Directors.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Assistant Director- Financial Management position will possess the following:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
Extensive experience with grant billing, AR management, billing, and treasury.
Strong financial and business acumen.
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
