2. Develop and implement effective and efficient audit strategies, plans, and methodologies.
3. Review and assess the adequacy of internal controls and compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
4. Identify and evaluate business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
5. Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
6. Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, promoting their professional growth and development.
7. Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and ensure open communication and transparency.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, challenges, and changes in regulations that may affect the company's auditing operations. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a strong focus on auditing. Experience in real estate audit, manufacturing industry audit, and audit financial services is highly desirable.
4. Extensive knowledge of auditing principles and practices, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
5. Proficient in using audit software and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex audit issues.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to all levels of management.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
10. Must be willing to travel as needed for audit assignments.
