 Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field. A minimum of [X] years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate law is required. Experience in a real estate investment trust or a law firm specializing in real estate is highly desirable. 
 Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Law: In-depth understanding of commercial real estate law, including transactional processes, contract law, due diligence procedures, and title and survey review.
