Are you a seasoned Design Scheduler with a knack for coordinating multiple tasks, balancing priorities, and managing deadlines? We are in search of a dynamic professional to join our team as a Permanent Design Scheduler. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design scheduling, client scheduling, and creative project management. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Design Scheduler, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Managing and overseeing the scheduling of all design projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.

2. Collaborating with the design team and clients to establish project timelines and milestones.

3. Utilizing advanced Excel and Smartsheets to maintain and update project schedules.

4. Coordinating with various departments to ensure all aspects of each project are in sync.

5. Identifying potential scheduling conflicts and providing solutions to mitigate any issues.

6. Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to the schedule as needed.

7. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the status of design projects.

8. Assisting in the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the design team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in design scheduling, client scheduling, and creative project management.

2. Proficiency in using advanced Excel and Smartsheets.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential scheduling conflicts and provide effective solutions.

5. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate project timelines and updates to stakeholders.

6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

7. A proactive approach to work with the ability to anticipate potential issues and take necessary action to prevent them.

8. A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
