- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Field Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong experience in water and wastewater construction projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
- BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field.
- PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
