- Lead and manage tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to the company.
- Oversee the preparation and review of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
- Implement tax strategies that minimize the company's tax liability and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's tax strategies and policies reflect these changes.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic tax planning advice and identify tax-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as necessary.
- Monitor and manage tax risk management processes, ensuring they are effective and compliant.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or on track.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, tax compliance, and tax planning.
- Proven experience in tax preparation and review.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
