We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team. This is a permanent position, perfect for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, specifically within the restoration services industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has a strong understanding of the restoration services industry, and is ready to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the restoration services industry, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, trauma/crime scene cleanup, and biohazard cleanup.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Experience selling restoration services such as water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage cleanup, trauma/crime scene cleanup, and biohazard cleanup.
  • Strong understanding and experience working with insurance companies and property owners.
  • Advanced communication skills with a knack for building relationships, negotiating, and influencing.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive sales growth.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and quick thinker passionate about sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
