We are an AmLaw 50 seeking a business development professional. We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a permanent, hybrid role, providing the flexibility of working remotely with occasional travel to our offices and client sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in driving our business forward, focusing on the AmLaw 50 market. Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Litigation business development experience
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans for the AmLaw 50 market to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including law firms, in-house counsel, and other stakeholders in the legal industry.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Leverage knowledge of private equity, venture capital, and M&A sales to provide informed, strategic advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Prepare and present business development reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company's services and build relationships.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business development objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of business law, private equity, venture capital, and M&A sales.
  • Experience partnering with attorneys and working with in-house counsel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on market research and data analysis.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
