Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 6 years of experience as a corporate attorney, with a strong focus on M&A and financing. In-depth knowledge of corporate law, securities law, and the legal aspects of M&A and financing. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
