The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our sales operations across two locations, including team management, inventory management, vendor management, and operations management. Oversee and manage all aspects of the sales department, including retail sales, customer service, and inventory management. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding sales performance. Handle store operations and ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines. Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to control costs and increase revenue. Monitor and manage the budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Identify emerging markets and market shifts, and stay ahead of industry trends and competitors. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, within the auto dealership industry. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. Proven experience in strategic planning and business development. Experience in vendor management and budgeting. Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance metrics. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and manage business relationships. Strong skills within MS Office and Dealer Management Software.
