If you are located near Hotchkiss, CO, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote role as you take on some tough challenges. Serve as Case Aide and provide administrative and case management support to Case Managers/HSS Coordinators as needed Receive and route incoming calls as needed to ensure effective customer phone service. Maintain accurate and updated resource materials Provide additional administrative duties such as preparing communications, printing labels, managing mail, and faxing documents. Performs other administrative support duties as necessary You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. 1+ years of relevant experience in the field of LTSS, including developmental disabilities ~1+ years of experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook   *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
