International Tax Consultant (Senior)

You will be responsible for the billing process: setup of new clients, invoices (monthly, one-time, ETCs), and related reports (month-end billing management reports, aging reports). Complete client escrow bank reconciliations. Client tax reporting (1120 SFs; payroll tax filings). Respond to inquiries from Project Managers in a meaningful and understandable way, ensuring accurate and timely output. They are seeking a tax billing specialist who seeks upwards growth within their organization. Coordination & preparation of monthly client billings, ensuring all costs and time are billed properly according to the client contract ~Mentors and assists project management staff; assist with creating training guides for billing processes ~Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures ~Assist with billing system and process assessment; implementation of new billing system ~Prepare client escrow bank reconciliations; calculate and ensure payment of quarterly tax payments ~Set up client tax IDs; prepare client payroll tax returns and annual corporate 1120 SFs 5+ years of billing and or payroll tax experience ~Advanced Excel skills and experience with data manipulation a must ~Experience with billing and or payroll tax preparation ~
