Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the organic, paid, and influencer strategy on social media to grow brand awareness, drive sales, and build customer loyalty.
  • Work cross-functionality with marketing, e-commerce, sales, and agencies to create and manage content pipeline in alignment with corresponding objectives.
  • Create comprehensive briefs for all social media and related assets including post copy, page banners, landing pages, and emails.
  • Communicate across the organization key consumer insights, campaign performance, and relevant social media trends.
  • Leverage social listening to measure brand awareness and sentiment in addition to identifying emerging topics.
  • Manage budget and forecasting for all social media related activities.
  • Build a strong organic social media strategy that fosters community through educational and entertaining content while keeping the brand top of mind.
  • Manage all page descriptions, content, boosting, and performance.
  • Engage with social media followers and potential customers to grow social media community that bolsters brand interest and affinity.
  • Manage social moderation report in compliance with SOPs including direct messages and adverse events.
  • Collaborate with brand manager to create copy and creative assets for organic and paid purposes.
  • Manage agency in executing paid social campaigns, A/B tests, brand lift studies, and reporting.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve goals across KPIs including ROAS, CPA, engagement, ad recall, and traffic quality.
  • Develop and nurture influencer and affiliate marketing program that sources top-tier creators to produce high-quality content supporting ongoing brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Manage influencer and affiliate relationships, platforms, usage rights, payments, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Advanced experience with buying media, setting objectives, defining audiences, and managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Proficient with Google Ads Manager and GA4.
  • Experience with creating all content types e.g., portrait, landscape, in-feed, reels, stories, influencer, UGC, CGC, static, videos, motion design, GIFs.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and successfully execute on time against competing and shifting priorities.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics and attribution.
  • Ability to transform creative and campaign performance into consumer insights that can be leveraged across the organization.
