The Claims File Clerk is responsible for basic Clerical functions including records maintenance, light typing, filing and report preparation. Positions in this role will assist with answering phone calls, scanning documents and carrying paper files to and from the storage facility. This position is full-time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 4828 South Pearl, Las Vegas, NV We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be 8:00am – 5:00pm. Filing claim demographic files for Workman’s Compensation (may include lifting up to 30 lbs.). Scanning Claim documents and attaching them to the appropriate Claim file. Assist in answering phone calls. High School Diploma / GED OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience ~ Must be 18 years of age or older ~1+ years of experience with basic Clerical duties (filing, scanning, drafting and editing documents) ~ Experience with Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates) and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)  ~ It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for Nevada residents is $16.94 per hour.
