Manage financial aspects, including labor, material, expenses, and changes for assigned projects. Oversee Superintendent/CAD drawings for accurate installation. Develop and maintain project budgets using construction drawings. Provide monthly financial projections for assigned projects. Create project-specific schedules of values for positive cash flow. Generate monthly progress billing and manage project submittals. Execute material purchases and manage buyouts following SOP. Analyze project schedules and issue notices and alerts. Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change order pricing, and billings. Competence in information analysis and budget setup.
