Full Time Staff Accountant

Growth opportunity Maintain and update accurate financial records, including ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal entries, to ensure the integrity of financial data. Facilitate the month-end closing process by preparing financial statements, analyzing variances, and generating detailed reports to provide timely and accurate financial information to management. Collaborate with management to develop and monitor budgets, providing insightful analysis on budget variances and recommending corrective actions to ensure financial goals are met. Prepare and support financial audits, coordinating with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations. Implement audit recommendations and internal controls to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. Bachelors in Accounting or Finance 1+ year of Accounting experience Experience with reconciliations, journal entries and GL accounting
