All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment. Job Details Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Select, supervise, retain, and develop accounting department talent. Deliver monthly financial statements, supplemental reports, and related management discussions and analyses. Provide sufficient information and presentation material to support the monthly and quarterly business review process. Conduct analyses and reporting for corporate functions including, monthly financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and graphical summaries of business unit financial performance Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects Assess operating results and partner with sales and operations to ensure achievement of Annual Operating Plan objectives including bookings, revenue, margin expansion, and working capital management. Support the annual budget process and monthly forecasting process. Maintain the system of accounts and ensure adequate support and documentation for all company transactions in compliance with all audits, control, and policy-related processes.
