As a Pharmacy Technician you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members and their physicians/pharmacies to improve health quality outcomes (i.e., This is your opportunity to join a pharmacy team with a focus on clinical and business collaboration. Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CST Location: 2655 Warrenville Rd Downers Grove, IL 60515 (5th floor) You will be required to work onsite 1 day per week, while the other 4 days will be remote. Perform telephonic customer outreach to improve health quality outcomes in collaboration with clinical pharmacists Provide additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies Document and track member engagement You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Illinois ~ National Pharmacy Technician Certification ~3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience  ~ Beginner level of proficiency with navigating Microsoft Office and a Windows-based environment Retail and/or mail order pharmacy experience Experience with Part D claims adjudication  *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
