Bonus structure: $50/hr after exceeding monthly minimum of 155/month- paid out quarterly Job Details As an integral member of our Civil Litigation practice, you will handle a variety of cases, including contract disputes, construction defect, catastrophicand more. You will be responsible for conducting legal research, managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will closely surround yourself with experienced partners while taking on challenging cases. Qualifications

- Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Specialized in 1 or more practice areas: General Liability, personal injury, construction defect, contract disputes, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance defense
- Active member of the State Bar, in good standing. (CA, NV, CO, AZ, TX)
- Demonstrated experience in civil litigation within a law firm setting.
- Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus.
