You will be responsible for conducting legal research, managing discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will closely surround yourself with experienced partners while taking on challenging cases. JD degree from an accredited law school. General Liability, personal injury, construction defect, contract disputes, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance defense Demonstrated experience in civil litigation within a law firm setting.
