Telemetry Schedule: PRN. with 3 shifts minimum required a month including 2 weekends shifts and some Holiday requirement. Responsibilities Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision. Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living. Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Document necessary records. Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
