The Account Executive a client interacting position, coordinates resources for the agency’s larger middle market clients, and ensures the client has a flawless service experience. Along with ensuring quality execution of traditional policy servicing, this position captures promises, and value-add offerings extended to clients, from Advisor via a customized service plan, and ensures the carrier, team, or third-party resource delivers. The Account Executive also advises the client and team regarding best options for risk transfer, and/or complex coverage needs. Ensuring the client provides necessary exposure information, applications, and responds to needs associated with placement and renewal of the program is an additional way the Account Executive guarantees a flawless service experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and driving growth initiatives.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
4. Leveraging your industry knowledge to provide expert advice on risk management and insurance coverage.
5. Conducting regular reviews of clients' insurance portfolios to ensure adequacy of coverage and competitiveness of pricing.
6. Resolving client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

1. A valid P&C license.
2. Certifications such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, CRM are highly desirable.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
7. A customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
