We’re connecting care to create a seamless health journey for patients across care settings. The  Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining appropriate call coverage for Landmark Health’s patient facing phone lines while also contributing to administrative tasks necessary to support the Landmark clinical model. MUST be able to work ANY assigned shift schedule after NESTING, within the following hours of operation: 6:00 AM – 12AM EST Sunday – Saturday  It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime including HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS . Our office is located at various Landmark locations.  TRAINING: MUST  be able to attend  ALL sessions as scheduled of 4-weeks of on-the-job training ( ATTENDANCE and PUNCTUALITY is required for successful completion of training) and to include  NESTING .  Training will be conducted virtually from your home.  Hours are Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm EST *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. Actively listen and probe patients in a professional and timely manner to understand and evaluate patient’s need, specifically whether the need is clinical or administrative Warm-transfer calls to Landmark clinical staff for clinically escalated situations Utilize critical thinking and effective communications to help connect the value of the Landmark program to patients in need of more information Document non-emergent patient interactions across Landmark’s various communication methods Ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned Employees in the position can expect to be on the phone up to 90% of their work shift and complete other essential function on an as-needed basis You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience ~ Must be 18 years of age or Older ~Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook (emails) ~ Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications ~ Ability to attend ALL training sessions Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm EST (scheduled of 1st week of First Impression, plus 3-weeks training (Attendance and Punctuality is required for successful completion of training) ~ Ability to work any assigned 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:00am – 12:00am EST, Sunday – Saturday per location time zone 1+ years of healthcare background with medical terminology and familiarity of clinical issues ~ Experience using Microsoft Office Teams (used for communications between teams) Telecommuting Requirements: Reside within 60-mile radius of any Landmark office in: AR, KY, LA, NC, TN, TX, GA, SC, VA or OH Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
