Compensation: $70k-$110k/year (depending on experience)

1. Design, implement, and oversee HVAC systems for optimal operation and efficiency.
2. Construct, operate, and maintain cleanroom environments in accordance with industry standards.
3. Manage facility-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within budget and time constraints.
4. Conduct utility system capacity planning to ensure adequate resources for facility operations.
5. Apply mechanical engineering principles in the design, operation, and maintenance of facility equipment.
6. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for facility equipment.
7. Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
8. Collaborate with various departments to develop strategies for improving facility operations and reducing costs.
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in facility engineering and management. What you need for this position:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial facilities engineering role.
3. Proven experience in HVAC system design and operation, cleanroom construction and operation, project management for facilities, utility system capacity planning, and facility equipment maintenance.
4. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
